The Novaya Zarya residential complex, developed by ALK++ Company, is a modern residential quarter consisting of six 12-story buildings. The project demonstrates a comprehensive approach to creating a comfortable urban environment where residential living is harmoniously combined with developed commercial and recreational infrastructure.

ALK++ Company completed the full development cycle of the 19,517 sq. m site. The total residential development area is 4,786 sq. m, and the total floor area of ​​the 842 open-plan apartments is 26,536.48 sq. m. As part of the project, our company provided parking infrastructure, providing 300 parking spaces for residents.

A key feature of the project is the construction of a state-of-the-art shopping and entertainment center with an area of ​​3,700 sq. m and its own parking lot for 200 spaces, integrated into the residential environment. The center includes a megamarket, banks, cafes, a sports and entertainment complex, a pharmacy, and a beauty salon, creating conditions for local business development and providing residents with maximum amenities.

ALK++ Company paid special attention to landscaping: the grounds feature numerous recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds, and landscaping with relict plants.

For security, the complex is equipped with automatic gates, a security checkpoint, a video surveillance system, and concierge services.
