Residential complex Moravia

The Moravia residential complex, developed by ALK++, is a harmonious three-building complex in one of Sochi's most environmentally friendly and green areas—the Primorye microdistrict. The complex is seamlessly integrated into the resort's infrastructure, adjacent to renowned sanatoriums, including the Central Military Sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense and the Ordzhonikidze, Metallurg, and Iskra sanatoriums.

ALK++ completed the comprehensive development of a 23,000 m² area, creating a closed and safe residential environment. The development area covers 7,800 m², and 15,000 m² of adjacent space has been landscaped for the comfort of residents, including playgrounds, sports fields, recreation areas, and thoughtful landscaping. A distinctive feature of the project is the accessible roofs on the four-story sections, which have been transformed into additional recreational areas with landscaping.

As part of the project, our company addressed the issue of parking space management by constructing a two-story parking garage with 73 spaces and a single-story underground garage with 20 spaces, the roof of which is converted into a sports field. In total, the complex provides 168 parking spaces, including 75 spaces in the basement.

The complex consists of three separate buildings of varying heights, combining nine-story and four-story structures. The lower levels house commercial space and parking, while the first through eighth floors house apartments ranging from 19.2 to 118 square meters in size with a variety of layouts. All buildings are equipped with modern Otis elevators, providing convenient access, including to the parking garage.
