Restaurant building

This historic restaurant building, located in the heart of Sochi, was given new life thanks to a comprehensive renovation by ALK++Company. As part of the project, our company completely transformed the building, preserving its cultural charm and adapting the space to the requirements of the modern premium restaurant complex "Khmeli Suneli."

ALK++Company completed the full cycle of work: from developing the architectural concept and reinforcing the supporting structures to completely updating the utility systems and creating a custom interior. Particular attention was paid to restoring the façades while preserving historical elements, modernizing the ventilation and climate control systems, and organizing convenient logistics for guests and services.

The project resulted in the creation of a multifunctional gastronomic space combining the restaurant, summer terraces, and banquet halls. The project clearly demonstrates ALK++'s ability to carefully manage cultural heritage sites, transforming them into successful commercial projects that combine historical authenticity with modern comfort and technology.
