The Crystal Sanatorium 4*

The Crystal Sanatorium is a new, international-class facility in the ecologically clean area of Khosta, developed by ALK++. This project embodies the harmony of modern medicine, a philosophy of health care, and architecture focused on absolute comfort.

Located 300 meters from the Black Sea, adjacent to a relict yew-boxwood grove, the complex is naturally integrated into the unique natural environment, which actively promotes recovery and wellness.

During construction, ALK++ Company completed a complex set of preparatory works, including the demolition of old buildings totaling 5,260 cubic meters and the installation of a bored pile foundation pit.

The sanatorium's architecture, inspired by natural terraces, was carefully integrated into the landscape. A massive slab foundation with a volume of 6,660.82 m³ of concrete was constructed without the use of a pile field, demonstrating the high level of site engineering. The total volume of concrete work on site was approximately 23,000 m³.
