MANTERA Residences is the flagship project in the Sirius federal territory, developed by ALK++Company.

The complex is a unique deluxe marine cluster, harmoniously uniting private club residences, the five-star Mantera Supreme hotel with 400 rooms, and a modern convention center with a capacity of 1,320 people.

Located on the Black Sea coast, the project offers exceptional views of the sea and mountains, creating a benchmark environment for living, recreation, and business.

Our company completed the entire project on a 10-hectare site, creating a fully-fledged resort micro-city. As part of the project, ALK++ has built residences with spacious layouts and signature designs, as well as a developed infrastructure, including 11 year-round swimming pools with sea and fresh water, restaurants, a children's club, and more than 20 specialized recreational facilities.
